For the first time, a half marathon was organised in IITR. Bengal Engineers Group (BEG) and local professionals also participated enthusiastically. It turned out to be a huge success with close to 400 people joining and completing the marathon, including a large number of women students.

National Academic Depository (NAD) onboarded through Digi Locker

IIT Roorkee has successfully onboarded the National Academic Depository (NAD) through "DigiLocker". NAD is a 24×7 online store house of academic certificates, diplomas, degrees, mark-sheets etc. duly digitised and lodged by academic institutions / boards / eligibility assessment bodies etc.
